How To Interpret Ecg Result?

im 35 yrs man with recent ecg result after a chest pain as follows: sinus rhythm, nonspecific Twave abnormality, left atrial enlargement, abnormal ecg.. my 4 months back echo is normal study. history of MVP in 1999. i urgrntly need your advise. pls do the needful.

Dear patient as your ECG is showing left atrial enlargement which is consistent with your history of MVP you should see a cardiologist and get repeat echo done because if your MVP has worsened it could be a cause of concern and may lead to some serious consequences.
Its not an emergency as you are not having any symptoms but still try to get a opinion as early as possible.
