How To Interpret Fecalysis Report And Treat Accordingly?

Hi.. my 2years old daughter s fecalysis result shows: COLOR: Yellowish brown CONSISTENCY: watery SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1.010 PH REACTION: 6.5 SUGAR: negative ALBUMIN: trace RBC: 2-4/hpf WBC: 6-10/hpf BACTERIA: moderate EPITHELIAL CELL: occasional MUCUS THREADS: few AMORPHOUS URATES: moderate Can you translate to me this doc ? And how am I going to treat this? What medication will you advice?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the stool analysis report is as follows:
The physical attributes- color, consistency, specific gravity, pH reaction are within normal limits.
The absence of sugar and trace amounts of albumin are also within range
Presence of pus cells/ white blood cells: 6-10/ hpf suggest presence of infection.
Presence of bacteria further confirms the presence of infection (bacterial).

Thus, this report suggests presence of infection.
Consult your doctor with reports for prescription of antibiotic.
