How To Interpret Lab Results?

I have some chronically high lab values: sed rate of 95, crp of 30, and wbc of 12.2. My only symptom is feeling tired. I also have high LDL and fibrinogen and low A/G ratio. ANA and RF are negative. I do not have any pain. What could cause this?
Thanks.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
ESR and CRP are non-specific tests which are raised in cases of chronic inflammatory diseases.
Some of the chronic inflammatory diseases are rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis, bronchectasis, osteoarthritis and connective tissue disorders.
White blood cell count increases due to increase in neutrophils.
The neutrophil count is raised in cases of infections, inflammations, stress, acute blood loss, etc.
These possibilities have to be looked for.
Low A/G ration may be seen in liver diseases.
High LDL levels have to be managed by anti-lipidic drugs.
The rise in ESR and CRP could be due to some inflammatory disease which is causing increase in white blood cells.

Thanks and take care
