Your semen analysis suggests low sperm motility.Normally it should be at least 55 %.You have 90 % immotile forms.
Sperm count is normal.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.Your total sperm count is 34 millions/ml,so it is normal.
35 % abnormal morphology sperms is a normal finding.Only 16 % normal morphology sperms are required for natural fertilization.
You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.Besides clinical examination,you may need further investigations like ultrasound etc.
If findings persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
