pus cells: 1-3
RBC; NIL
Epith cells: 0-1
Colour: cream white
Viscosity: Mucoid
Concentration: 0.1 x 106ml
Ideal forms: 03%
Big head defects: 37%
mid piece defects: 30%
Pin head defects: 30%
Viable: 20%
Dead: 80%
Active: 02%
sluggish: 18%
Non motile: 80%

I really appreciate the concern the report given here of semen is not said to be a normal this could a case of Oligospermia means the low volume abnormal other parameters the chances of conception with such semen is minimal but nor totally impossible because just single sperm required for conception, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
