Your report suggests low sperm motility.
Normally sperm motility should be at least 55%.Your findings indicate 50 % motility,so it is low.
Morphology of sperms is normal.Only 16% sperms with normal morphology is required for natural fertilization.
Sperm count is normal.Normally it should be at least 20 millions /ml.You have 29 millions/mL.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,colour doppler of scrotum.It is important to exclude any organic cause.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.If low motility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
