How To Interpret The Results Of The X-ray?

Good Afternoon from CA Doctor,
I was given four conclusions from an x-ray and I would like to hear from you how bad the situation is:
1. Mild curvature lumbar spine to the right. Mild scoliosis versus position
2. Mild disc space narrowing and anterolateral osteophytes at the T8-T9 and T11-T12 levels
3. Negative compression fracture or visible bony lesion
4. DJD L5-S1 facet joints
