I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your diagnosis is hematuria. Pus cells not increased, hence it could be Glomerulonephritis or can be from internal urethral injury.

Your clinical history should be checked and physical examination needed means clinical correlation needed. Coagulation disorder also needs to be ruled out.

Consult a urologist for examination.
