The uterus is retroverted with smooth contour and homogeneous echopattern. measuring 7.9 X 5.8 X 4.i cm (cervix m easures 2.6 X 2.5 cm). Tile endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 0.9 cm. The subendometrial halo is intact. The both ovaries has multiple subcapsular anechoic cysts each measuring less than 1cm in diameter There is no free fluid in the cul de sac what does it mean?
