Hello

Findings suggests multi-nodular goiter in right lobe of thyroid.
Nodule may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
Status of lymph nodes is not mentioned in your query. It is a vital finding.
You are rightly advised for FNAC/Biopsy.This investigation can exactly assess nature of nodule.
FNAC/Biopsy report is vital in management and treatment.
Routine investigation like routine hemogram, thyroid profile should also be done.
CT scan of neck can be done after evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care,
Dr.Indu Bhushan
