How To Interpret Transvaginal Ultrasound Report?

I am 54and weigh 124 lbs at 5'6". Had post menauposalbleeding. Had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. Results indicate anteverted, mildly bulky uterus without evidence of discrete fibroid nasuring 9.5 cm in span. The endometrium is thickened measuring 18mm in diameter and inhomogenous. Flow is noted on Doppler. Went for a biopsy but the doctor could not get in to the cervix. What now.
