How To Interpret Urine Test Result?

what if i have a positive result of epithelial cells?
im 24 when i was this test. i am 5'0 height and 40 kl. in weight. the color of my urine is yellow its clear transparency and negative albumin, negative in sugar, reaction is neutral, specific gravity is 1.010, pus cells is 0-2, hpf rbc is 0-1 and epithelial cells is positive. what does it mean?

In my opinion presence of epithelial cell is not significant as pus cells and RBCs are present in insignificant numbers.
