How To Keep Diabetes Under Control Without Taking Medicines?

sir my dad s blood sugar level last week was 380.his sugar level used to be 200 when we consulted a diabetologist who prescribed zoryl m2 forte tablet everyday which for sometime dad had taken and recently stopped taking them regularly thinking he is ok ,now his sugar is 380 n bp 180 last week .he completely stopped eating rice started eating veggies without oil n salt n sugar taking ,ragi malt,oats now his sugar is down to 120 .he is so stubborn wants to heal sugar naturallly that he doesnt consult a doc no matter how much we try .if u can pls tell me what to take as his food from morn to evening i want to take care of him plz help me is there any chance ull change the tab im giving him the same he always complains of headache eyes are red,complains of leg pain everyday.he works very hectically says he has no other option.age is 56 weight is 85kgs ht 5.5.he also does yoga one hour everyday .he is using ecospirin and prolomet under cardiologist consultationwhen complained of chest pain does bittergourd juice help he is taking one cup everyday in the morning.will he be normal sugar level if taken food strictly wat food he take for energy mainly everyday

Hello,
Condidering the fact that he is already doing exercises and doing diet control,it would be difficult to control blood sugar levels naturally.You keep testing the sugar levels every 2 weeks and if you find that sugar levels are uncontrolled inspite of all efforts,you must put him on some medicine.
Along with sugar levels,it is very important to control blood pressure also.
You should keep your BP to below 120/80.
Target of LDL cholesterol should be below 80 and triglycerides below 150.
