In spite of following my doctor s instructions (Quitting smoking, watching portion size closely, taking my meds and greatly increasing my daily exercise), I have now stopped losing weight (85# over the last ten years) and my numbers (A1C, daily glucose readings) seem to be getting worse. What more can I do ? my frustration is worse when I see people on T.V. or on diabetes related websites making way less effort, yet completely stopping their meds !!
