General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the breast feed is going on, use of restrozeal is not recommended at all from clinical grounds. Do follow basic measures to loose weight:
- Regular walking, exercises
- YOGA and pranayam
- Dietary control to avoid spices, dairy fat, junk food
- Avoid stress, smoking and alcohol (if consuming)
- Manage regular sleep of around 6 hours
- Maintain blood sugar, cholesterol levels

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
