How To Loosen Muscles In Jaw?

Hi, I am patient of jaw dislocation. I had it on 4 days ago and it has continue.Dr. said ur muscle of jaw is very tight that's why ur can't move and u can't open mouth widely.So,how can I relax in muscle of jaw and what should i do?Please kindly give me information.
