How To Loosen Vagina During Intercourse?

I have not had intercourse for 7 years. Today for the first time in 7 years i tried and was not able to. The man i was with is normal size and he could only go in about and inch and it was very painful for me. He described it as i was too tight. I m a 58 year old woman and i have been thru menopause. What do i do. I was so embarrassed and upset.

It is very common to have painful intercourse during menopause. This is caused by the dryness in the vaginal area. I suggest to use a lubricant gel to reduce the friction during intercourse.
