How To Lose Abdominal Fat?

Hi I am a Indian vegan , 23 years old male. I have been trying to keep myself fit. I have joined gym working out regularly and been following my self made diet plan. From which I have lost sufficient amount of weight though. But I am unable to lose my belly fat. No matter how much I have tried I haven t succeeded in losing belly fat. Can you please give a diet plan and is it okay to go for healthy supplements like fish oil for fat loss?

Deposition of fat in abdominal area is a kind of central obesity. There are many causes of central obesity such as increased food consumption without increasing physical activity, high junk food, Cushing’s syndrome, and hypothyroidism. There are many more uncommon causes. There is very little research on fish oil in obesity. It is better to do lose weight in a natural ways rather than taking fish oil. I do not recommend to you to take fish oil. It has no role.
Advice
1.     Keep doing workout at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly. Start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
2.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
3.     Avoid alcohol and smoking
4.     Increase consumption of high fiber diet such as wheat bread, dry date, and vegetables etc
5.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
6.     Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
7.     Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal
8.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
9.     Avoid oily & spicy food
10.     Investigation – lipid profile
