There are many causes of overweight such as increased food consumption without increasing physical activity, high junk food, Cushing’s syndrome, and hypothyroidism. Regular control of hypothyroidism will bring down body weight. It will take long time. Your serum TSH is still high. It should be below 3.
Advice
1.     Continue taking Thyronorm 75 mcg daily
2.     Continue work out. Start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
3.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
4.     Avoid alcohol and smoking
5.     Increase consumption of high fiber diet such as wheat bread, dry date, vegetables etc
6.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
7.     Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
8.     Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal
9.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
10.     Avoid oily & spicy food
11.     Investigation – lipid profile, serum TSH after 8 weeks of Thyronorm 75 mcg treatment. Consult your doctor after 8 weeks with serum TSH report. He/she will modify dose as per report. You can write here also.
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
