How To Lose Weight While Suffering From Hypothyroidism?
Hi i m trying to conceive for last 1yr. But i came to know i have hypotyroidism. My age is 32 n height is 5.1 n weight is 64kg. N now my tyroid is normal but i m want to conceive fast . Then i came to know that my amh is 1.25 my docter gave me ovigyn dsr for 2 months n she gave duoluton L for 1 month. I dont understand why she gave me duoluton L which will avoid prenancy. And that to when i trying to get pregnant fast .and she told me to reduce weight please tell me what to do

Hypothyroidism is low fiction of thyroid did to levels of thyroid hormones. Taking thyroid hormones which increases its function will help weight control in hypothyroidism may be a challenge.
