Hi,

Consult with a healthcare provider: Before starting any weight loss program, it is essential to consult with a healthcare provider, especially when taking medications. They can advise on the best approach to weight loss that takes into account any potential interactions or side effects of your medications.
* Focus on a balanced diet: A balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats can help you lose weight. Avoid any processed food, sugary drinks, and foods with high-fat. Be mindful of portion sizes and eat in moderation.
* Incorporate physical activity: Regular physical activity, such as brisk walking, swimming, or cycling, can help burn calories and aid in weight loss. Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
* Manage stress: Stress can lead to binge eating, overeating and gaining of weight. Manage stress through activities such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises.
* Consider medication adjustments: If weight gain is a side effect of your medications, talk to your healthcare provider about adjusting the dosage or switching to a different medication.
* Get enough sleep: Sleep deprivation can disrupt hormones that regulate appetite, leading to overeating and weight gain. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

It is important to note that weight loss may take time and patience. Keep a positive attitude and focus on making sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. If you are still having trouble losing weight, consider working with a registered dietitian or a personal trainer who can provide individualized support and guidance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
