How To Lose Weight?

Hi Can you please help me. I am suffering from inexplicable weight gain although I do a really physical job I don t drink or smoke or eat junk food. I also suffer from a really bad bloated stomach were clothes which are slack one minute ard then two sizes too small the next.my body temperature going through the roof so I break out into a sweat so bad it looks like I ve been stood under a shower. I don t eat huge meals just toast and a coffee for breakfast and then about 14:00 have some meat and veg or a salad then a small sandwich about 18:00 no junk food or snacks I also drink 2-3 litres of water a day. On average I also have about 4 bowel movements a day. Please help.

Before telling any solutions I would like to know your line of work, your social circles and your stress levels. Because emotional attributes and psyche plays an equal role in weight gain as the physical attributes. Check your Body mass index with your current weight and height. If you are overweight and you are feeling that it's coz of abdominal fat, do fat burning exercises, like planking, burpees and crunches. If your BMI is normal then there isn't much to worry about. Try getting good sleep of around 6 hrs and think positive. Take care.
