How To Lower BP?
Hi, I check my bood pressue daily...the highest it has ever been is 150...today, it has been 180/80 and I have taken 100 mg of Losartan, 25 mg of hydrochloride and 25 mg of metoprolol since 6 AM and it still has not gone down. I feel normal. Should I be worried? Please advise...

Your blood pressure values are high. For this reason, I would recommend taking also Amlodipine 10mg daily in order to help lower your blood pressure values.
