How To Lower SGPT And SGOT Levels In Blood?

Dear all, My mom name renu sinha has hept c virus and on the suggestion of doctor we started the medicine name MY HEPand REBAVIRIN by mylon company which has been recently launched in asia s country Her hemoglobin level is 10.6 They said that hemoglobin will down because of the tablet REBAVIRIN 200 mg but it wasnt seen in my mom case today we again done the LFT and KFT and CBC test Her SGPT and SGOT is incresed very much about 163 and 143 Today she is feeling verry weak a little bit unconscious and drowziness Kindly suggest the cause of medicine and and if there is any serious case Plzz suggest also the proper medication and hoping ur best and postive soon reply.

She now need ER to check blood glucose, blood pressure, routine tests and need stabilization first , interferon based therapies are needed (curable more than 95% by antivirals) PEGylated interferon are needed.

Genotyping is test which describes list of antivirals can be used in particular patient, it's helpful in your mother case with elevated SGOT, SGPT, prevention of coinfection, no alcohol, smoke and choose healthy life style (eat antioxidants like amla, aloe vera, basil, fresh fruits and juices steamed vegetables). Choice is infectious disease specialist for your mother for consultation.
