General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take low salt diet, have a brisk walk, be physically active, de-stress yourself, don't be sleep deprived, cut on caffeine and alcohol and quit smoking.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
