A lot of exercises simple ones and coomplex ones like swimming(complex) and walking(simple) being the cheapest and best source. Other then this diet control should help you alot. Try to drink fresh fruit juices whenever you can. If you get canned juice avoid it.
Rest meet a dietician if you can afford that will help you in an organized manner.
