As others have said, eating a low fat diet along with whole grains (particularly oats) will lower it.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
Your ldl is very high,
You require to reduce this as early as possible.
Cut down fat content from your food,
Take less carbohydrate too.
Avoid cold drinks,tea ,coffee in excess.
Important thing is go for active exercise daily for 30-40 mnt,like running,swimming,jogging.
Check up of blood sugar.
Take Attorvastatin after consultation of your doctor.
