How To Lower Fasting Glucose Values?

My fasting glucose has been in the 224-253 for about 3 weeks . I am diebetic II. I take 1000mg metformin 2x a day and glipizide 1 time and I was taking Actose 1x a day and dr. changed it to Januvia because of the cancer possibility since I have lymphoma non Hodgkins b cell but am in remission at the moment. Am I being damaged by these high numbers? What can I do to decrease the numbers?

Hi,
Even with 4 drugs your sugar level is not controlled. .Better is to start insulin. This will be more physiological and also control your sugar levels.

I hope this information helps you.
