Hello and welcome to HCM,
High TSH value and normal T3 and T4 values suggests sub-clinical hypothyroidism.
You need to get free T3 and free T4 levels to assess the status of thyroid gland.
Inorder to bring back the levels of TSH to normal, replacement therapy for thyroxine are required.
Feeling lethargic and sleepy is a feature of hypothyroidism and you can be suffering from sub-clinical hypothyroidism.
You can take multi-vitamin supplements.
Consultation with your physician is required for further investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
