Hi,
If you are hypertensive your blood pressure can be normalised by various treatment modalities if it is mild then exercise with salt restriction is ideal but you are moderate to severe hypertensive you require antihypertensive medications which has to be titrated according to blood pressure level, age, and associated diseases.
