had cataract procedure on 3/18 - had one done two months ago with lots of problems - with this one was given extra meds for pressure - my blood pressure usually is around 135 over 85 - now is 111 over 79 and I'm so lethagic that I can only sleep and have wild dreams.

You need to see a Physician now who can revise your prescription of medications with the latest scenario of low BP and somnolense.
Most likely you will require to stop some medications but I cant comment further as I am not aware of what all medicines you are on.
