How To Maintain A Normal Level Of T3 Hormone?

i have a tsh of 2.540 and freeT3 of 2.4 (range 2.0-4.4) freeT4 is
1.45(range is 0.82-1.77) I take levoxyl 0.075 mcg I want some cytomel but my internist wont agree to this. Would like your opinion. Why are doctors not helping with T3? I am not converting well and need T3.

I can understand your concern.

Your TSH, free T3 and free T4 all are within normal range. You don't need any drug alteration. Moreover T4 is active form and it is more useful then T3. So don't worry much. You ate taking perfect medicine. No need to change.
