How To Make Implanon In Arm Comfortable?

hi i had an implanon put in my arm 2 days ago, i am a single mum and from picking up the kids its coursed extra bruising and it also seems to have moved down about 2-3mm past where it was inserted and i am having alot of truble moving my arm around as it is stinging?
