How To Make Right Cheekbone Symmetrical To The Left?
I just turned 18 and my right cheekbone is asymmetrical to my left. I ve been looking all over in internet for months. Most sites suggest plastic surgery, but I don t want to go through that. How do you make my right cheekbone more symmetrical to my left?
You have asymmetrical cheekbone and you are getting very conscious about it. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a plastic surgeon to detect if at all your cheek bones are asymmetrical. Sometimes, face looks asymmetrical because of muscle weakness or uneven muscle tone. Get connected with a Physical therapist as certain facial exercises can help.
Dental causes are also a factor that may change the symmetry of the face. Get clinically examined by a dentist. If any dental problem is detected, get treated. Malar deficiency on one side of the face gives an imbalanced appearance. Non invasive method to correct and fix uneven cheekbones are make-up and facial fillers. Other medical treatment include cheek implants & cheekbone contouring surgery.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
