How To Manage Adult Diaper Caused Discomfort While Sleeping?

Hi I m 32 year old female who has recently became incontinent. I am slowly getting used to wearing adult diapers but I have trouble sleeping at night while wearing them because the bulk between my leg. I m a side sleeper. Is there any way to solve this problem?

You can use the smallest possible size of diaper. This should help you to keep yourself dry as well reduce the discomfort while sleeping.
