had unprotected sex and now the period is missing upon tested for pregnancy was found positive already have 01 child and my age is 38 and dont want another also previously I had 02 abortion (under Medical supervision) please advise me as i am confused

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
If you do not want one more child, you can go for medical termination of pregnancy and tubal ligation in one setup.
So, consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound.
By undergoing ultrasound, intrauterine pregnancy can be confirmed, gestational age can be estimated and ectopic pregnancy can be eliminated.
Then according to the gestational age you can choose the method of abortion with your doctor's advice.
Then better to go for permanent sterilization.
Recurrent abortions can affect the general health of the woman.
So, choose permanent family method as per as possible.
