Hi.. The management for polyhydramnios would involve only monitoring, especially when there no symptoms present now...Monitoring for fetal growth problems, preterm labours, placental abnormalities may all be present..Hence a regular follow up with doctors is needed.. If any symptoms develop medical drugs, amniocentesis, or emergency caesarian section may be needed...
