How To Manage Dosage Interval Of Metoprolol For Atrial Fibrillation?
I have Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and have been taking 50mg of Metoprolol twice a day.(for 2 years now) When working dayshift, would take meds at 5:30am and 5:30 pm. Now I am on a different shift at a new job. 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. How can I adjust my system for metoprolol for these adjusted hours ?

As you were taking the tablet morning and night, try to take it now also at the same time.
By doing you will not be disturbing your body's circadian rhythm.
