How To Manage Sudden Dip In Blood Sugar Until Seeing A Doctor?

I'm 26 female and my blood sugar has been bottoming out a lot lately as low as 36 I have been feeling horrible dizzy seeing spots weak and just all over tingly feeling I have an appointment in the morning with my dr so I can't eat or drink anything and I just had a spell and my hands and feet are numb and my head is still spinning bad and I've broke out in a cold sweat what can be causing this

This is very important to be checked urgently. It is important to know if she has not taken drugs recently that could decrease blood sugar. there are pathologies that could explain this feeling. see your doctor fast. Kind regards
