How To Manage The Excess Vitamin B12 Problem?

I just had my annual blood work done - I am 68 yo, 5'4'' weight 118 lbs. Results was good with the exception of Vitamin B12 ; the reading was 1257 in the out-of-range column - according to the Report the normal range is suppose to be 243-894

I do take a low dose B complex every morning

MY QUESTION: should I be concerned and how do I get rid of the excess?
