Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The sudden onset of blurred vision may be due to the retinal detachment, injury, or neuritis of the optic nerve.
I advise you to consult a ophthalmalogist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have the M.R.I of the eye for confirmation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods, fruits and juices to act on the nerves.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
