My Question: A 25 years old female came to my clinic with history of 10 weeks amnorrhea. she is known case of Mitral valve disease with prosthetic mitral valve replacement in the past and on warfarin. She continued warfarin during these 10 weeks. How to manage her coagulation profile during pregnancy?

Hi..continue warferrin up to 12 weeks.then start heparin till 36 weeks.maintain PT inr up to 1.2 during delivery. Then again start warfarin.. Thanks.
