How To Open Forehead Of The Penis Skin Without Getting A Cut?

I am 41 years old man. My problem is that skin of my penis do not open properly and this gives me a lot of problem. When try to open it, it gives me a cut at the forehead of skin. How this can be resolved and how skin can be removed easily. If it is to be surgically corrected, how much it can cost and whether it can cover in mediclaim.

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry much. I am surprised that till date you continued with the condition of penis foreskin. Then how were you able to hve sexual inter course without pain? If you had pain during intercourse, then why you did not investigate about it earlier? Or are you unmarried? There are so many questions.

To have proper sexual intercourse as well as proper hygiene, it is adviced to have surgical circumcition of your penis head. Such a surgery is almost painless, easy and costs very less. Please contact a surgeon for further advice.
