General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have allergies, I suggest you to use loratadine or desloratadin because they don't give much sedation or sleep. The symptoms you have are linked with benadryl. I suggest to drink plenty of water and take loratadine. If you don't feel better consult with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
