How To Overcome Dependance On Laxatives For Bowel Movements?

Hello, I recently am trying to stop taking laxatives. I have been taking them at least twice a week for the past 4 years. I would go through phases where I tried to stop but always relapsed. Sunday was the last time I took any (I took 45 pills). I haven't had a bowel movement since. Ever since then I have been getting 10+ 8oz glasses of water, upping my veggies, having doses of coconut oil, etc...everything they say to do to relieve constipation. Last night I took 2 benefiber tablets with 14oz water and this morning I had 2tsp of the powder with 14 oz of water and then 2 more tsp in my coffee. The only reason I went for the benefiber is because my stomach hurts and I feel absolutely crummy. I took an enema at lunch to hopefully relieve something but nothing happened. My question is, should I just take a lower dosage to ween my body off of them? I really don't want to take them anymore but my stomach hurts!
