Thank you for your time. My question comes with a little history....I had been on methadone for 15 years. the dose was 60 mg. a day. Along with clonazapam 0.5 3x day. The methadone was for pain and the clonazapam for ptsd. I do not drink, eat well, and did exercise. I was taken off the clonazapam in Jul. of 2015. In May of 2016 was taken off the methadone. I was given one day on the clonazapam. Yes! and one month May,2016 for the methadone. I found that the clonazapam was far the hardest to quit. Been off the Methadone since end of May 2016. This has been a rough 2 yrs. 3 months. I have no energy, I feel my body has changed, my spirit is broke and I believe I am depressed. So much for the sad violin music. I am 61 yrs. want to live again, oh yes i do have pain. What do i need to do to get back to life. The VA is not doing much, perhaps they are right. I should get over it. (chronic pain) Thanks again, Garry
