Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I'm going through depression right now. No one understands where I'm coming from. I usually end up crying myself to sleep, I'm an emtional wreck. I don't even take care of my own needs, like eating (either barely or too much), or brushing my teeth. Right now I've been crying and crying. My head started to hurt after a while, and I cry so much I just feel like I have no relief anymore. I don't know what to do, I don't know if I should even go to school tomorrow. I already missed today because I was unprepared for some work. But I'm such a mess, and when your in depression its hard to get things done when you can't really function mentally. What do you think? Any advice? And is crying all the time bad for me/my health?
I think, in that case, you need antidepressant. With antidepressant, such depressive symptoms would decrease. These drugs are not available over the counter, so better to consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment. You can also try some relaxation exercise or life style modification technique. If you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
