I am wondering what I can to have the energy to work out? I had lost 60 lb., 2 years ago and since then I have moved, and switched jobs. I have put 30 lbs back on and I can really feel it. I was 10 lbs from my goal and now I am 40 lbs. I feel tired all the time and have to push myself to do things. I sleep about 8-9 hrs a night. I use my fitness pal to watch my calories. I usually start out well but by the end of the day I go over board with my eating. I don t feel full and I just want to eat. I usually have 2 cups of special k in the am with 1 cup of milk, i love salads so I eat a salad with lowfat, low calorie dressing, and I will usually have a snack inbetween lunch and dinner, and I eat a full meal for dinner. I have cut back on eating after dinner so that has helped me. I try to eat 1700 calories a day, but like said when it comes to dinner I usually go over. FORGET IT i KNEW THERE HAD TO BE A CATCH HAVE A GREAT DAY
