General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The excessive thrust during high temperatures is normal. It helps to prevent body dehydration. I suggest to eat fruits and vegetables which contain water. I also suggest to drink 2 liters of water per day. I recommend to stay in cool rooms.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
