How To Overcome Headache, Nausea And Vomiting During Night?

I get small sporadic headaches throughout the day. They usually only last a few seconds. It’s been going on a few months and i just thought it was stress but now in the mornings sometimes i get nausea and the headaches have begun to last longer. I almost threw up once during the night it only made it to my throat and since then I’ve been having a sore throat.

Hello

Sore throat can present with headache and nausea both symptoms.You need to rule out acid reflux history. For that rabeprazole like antacid can be prescribed. For sore throat decongestant like benadryl can be prescribed. Salt water gargle done with warm water. Domperidone like anti emetic tablet will help in relieving from nausea. I suggest you to consult physician for examination and get prescription.
